Our client is an early-stage Web3 Digital Financing Platform in the US. They are looking for a VP Engineering to build the product, software architecture, team and engineering function from the ground up.


The Role:

  • Efficiently and effectively implement and define the architecture of the platform
  • Hire and train a team of top-tier software developers to help build and scale the platform
  • Create 90 day sprint plans, based on quarterly roadmap milestones, for review with CEO, CTO and market facing teams
  • Be responsible for the software org, including role definition, capacity planning, recruiting and staff development, as well as selecting and managing outsourced resources(contract developers).
  • Develop recommendations on key architecture elements, including selection of third-party components, data services, APIs supported and DLT frameworks, finalized through consultation with CTO
