Our client is an early-stage Web3 Digital Financing Platform in the US. They are looking for a VP Engineering to build the product, software architecture, team and engineering function from the ground up.
The Role:
Efficiently and effectively implement and define the architecture of the platform
Hire and train a team of top-tier software developers to help build and scale the platform
Create 90 day sprint plans, based on quarterly roadmap milestones, for review with CEO, CTO and market facing teams
Be responsible for the software org, including role definition, capacity planning, recruiting and staff development, as well as selecting and managing outsourced resources(contract developers).
Develop recommendations on key architecture elements, including selection of third-party components, data services, APIs supported and DLT frameworks, finalized through consultation with CTO
