Vice President of Engineering

Have you led NPI/NPD, hiring, sustaining, and engineering activities across electronic hardware projects?

Have you built cross functional engineering teams in highly regulated industries, Aerospace/ Space or similar?

I'm looking for someone who loves to work across small engineering teams, building out processes and setting new system requirements for technical electronic hardware development. You will have experience across production lines, manufacturing and the full product lifecycle keeping an eye on future products yet to come.

• Work across departments, especially R&D and manufacturing, to transition products from concept to production.
• Reinforces a strong culture of innovation, creative and collaborative problem solving.
• Identifies and deploys processes and practices to improve team effectiveness and communication.
• Proactively identifies and addresses staffing/resource risks and develops solutions to problems which require critical thinking, creativity, and innovation to ensure on-time production
• ISO standards or similar
