We are seeking a solution-oriented, agile Vice President of Digital Technology to join our team and drive digital acceleration across all aspects of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital strategy, identifying, and implementing innovative technologies, and leading a team of talented professionals to deliver exceptional results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives and ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Directly accountable for the engineering, planning, leadership, and direction of the technology capabilities that will support the delivery of Arise’s digital strategy, including data and insight as inputs for customer and wider business enterprise strategies.
  • Define and implement an agile development lifecycle that facilitates delivers digital capabilities and value quickly.
  • Work in close partnership with cross-functional leaders and Tech team colleagues to validate feasibility, value, and usability; as well as design and iterate a reliable system to drive the most valuable change possible for our customers and our business.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of enterprise software engineering tools, practices, and processes to enable repeatable and reliable change.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and adoption of emerging digital technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage and oversee the development and implementation of digital solutions, including, but not limited to, mobile applications, cloud services, and data analytics platforms.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams involved in digital initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and partnership to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects and initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 15-20 years of proven experience leading digital delivery and driving transformation initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
  • BPO industry, services, or contact center background.
  • Strong technical expertise across a wide range of digital technologies and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic, critical, systems thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of delivering business value through digital innovation.
  • Experience managing diverse, global teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
