About The Role

As the Vice President of Product Engineering, Digital, you will be a key player in our digital transformation efforts. Reporting to the SVP of Technology, you will lead the charge in shaping our digital strategy, fostering innovation, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Digital Product Strategy and Execution:

• Provide strategic guidance on the digital transformation product roadmap.
• Develop a forward-thinking digital engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive the implementation of digital solutions, including software development and cloud adoption.
  
  

Technology Leadership

• Offer technical direction to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end software development and system architecture.
• Champion the adoption of modern development methodologies and best practices.
  
  

Innovation And Emerging Technologies

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms to enhance our digital ecosystem.
  
  

Data Analytics And Visualization

• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Drive the use of analytics tools for enhancing digital business.
• Utilize data visualization tools for reporting.
  
  

Digital Security And Compliance

• Ensure robust cybersecurity practices across digital initiatives.
• Mitigate risks related to data privacy and information security.
  
  

Team Leadership

• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Mentor and develop technical talent within the organization.
  
  

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and consultants.
• Evaluate and select vendors to meet business requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration; Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in advanced technology roles focusing on Digital platforms and Application development.
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, UI/UX Frameworks, API Frameworks, and relevant technologies.
• 5+ years of software Product Management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
