Our client is a well-established, privately held, developer/owner/manager of Class-A multifamily. They are a very stable, well-funded firm with a full pipeline who has developed over 40K units in the Southeast and Texas. Due to growth and a full pipeline, they have decided to add a VP of Development/Partner to be based in Atlanta, GA.
This role is required to live in or relocate to Atlanta.
This is a Day 1 Partner level position that offers a highly lucrative compensation package to include significant participation in deals. Initially, this role will execute on multifamily deals already in the hopper and in time, be a significant part of filling it with new deals.
Key details:
Ideal candidate has 5+ years of multifamily development or investment experience.
Solid business acumen, self-motivation and collaboration skills are required.
This role is an integral part of the development team & their growth.
Site selection/sourcing experience is not required and will be taught.
Work from home, residing in the greater Atlanta area, travel as needed.
Relocation assistance provided for hired candidate who currently resides outside of the Greater Atlanta market.
