Our client is seeking a part time Director/VP level person with passion in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry interested to create an impact.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Director/Vice President of Customer Success. The individual will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, managing accounts and account expansion, and optimising the customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience in CPG retail and working with enterprise customers
Willingness to travel to Customer Locations
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Account Management skills
Strong leadership and management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of AI and Image Recognition technology is a plus
Should be able to understand product and use cases to help drive adoption, usage, expansion
Should be able to understand product and use cases to help us expand on scope, scale, revenue
