Sors LLC, is a fully owned subsidiary of Integrare Group’s, established to fulfill the self-perform vertical. As such, Sors’ primary purpose is to supply (and in some cases, install) residential interior finishes and exterior envelope work including but not limited to, glass and glazing systems, countertops, interior doors, planters, millwork, cabinets, and exterior envelope to Integrare projects, as well as to other third-party projects.

Key Responsibilities:


The Vice President of Operations is a key executive leader responsible for the overall operational success of the company's construction projects. This individual will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership to the project management, field operations, and support teams. The VPO will drive operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Strategic Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's overall operational strategy, aligning with the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of capability, safety, quality, and accountability throughout the organization.


Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other field personnel.
  • Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential risks or challenges.


Team Management & Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of project management and field operations professionals.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.


Client & Stakeholder Relations:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, transparency, and responsiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


Financial Performance:

  • Oversee the development and management of operational budgets.
  • Monitor project financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.



Professional Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing field operations, including superintendents and craft workers.
