Vice President of Construction

Responsibilities:

• Competently Manage multi-phased projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards
• They will oversee project teams that are executing mission critical projects across the country
• Drive teams who manage execution of development projects from planning through commissioning and close out / turnover to operations.
• They will play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and profitability across construction projects
• Working with management, assist with creation of campus and project CAPEX budgets
• Be able to maintain and win business within the growing data center market
• Partner with Construction Cost team, Finance to drive forecast / variance analysis, master service agreements (MSA) and project authorizations for new & existing contractors and vendors are executed
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align construction operations with overall business goals
• Work with the design team to provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviews

Qualifications:

• MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• 10+ years’ experience in the mission critical sector and 15+in construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Data Center experience preferred; construction management experience required
