Responsibilities
Business Development:
Lead sales and marketing initiatives across all revenue centers.
Represent our company at networking events to cultivate client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Build and mentor a high-performing team in business development and property management.
Develop programs for business expansion, property acquisition, development, and lease portfolio management.
Acquisition
Identify and assess potential project sites and properties.
Manage acquisition agreements and real estate transactions.
Real Estate Development
Collaborate on development project concepts and architectural aspects.
Oversee financial analyses, feasibility studies, and community engagement efforts.
Secure financing from various sources for development projects.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership in managing real estate portfolios.
Experience in acquisitions and property development.
Strong understanding of real estate development principles, including leasing, design, finance, legal, construction, and operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
Bachelor's degree required; background in architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
10+ years of industry experience desired; real estate license is advantageous.
