Role Overview: The VP of Client Success & Business Development is responsible for the development and implementation of client strategies, execution of client growth, management of the existing customer base, and the leader of the Client Success team. This role is accountable for the revenue budgets and new business growth targets for our existing client base in addition to strategies associated with the growth of our client’s users. In this role you will be responsible for the rollout of the SAAS product to new business to business clients targeting adoption and engagement from the client and their customer base, consumers using the BQuest estate planning tools. Responsibilities include proactive revenue generating strategies that not only optimize our client relationships but also achieve business goals. The role will respond to client issues, work to solve problems, and foster relationships that will developing a collaborative relationship with a foundation within the Wealth Advisors, Insurance Agencies, and Law Firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the Client Success team ensuring achievement of revenue goals and effective management of the solution rollout to their customers.
  • Requires expertise in SAAS based technology solutions to enable a tailored and comprehensive solutions designed for Wealth Managers, Insurance Agencies, and Legal Firms.
  • Develop account plans and opportunity tracking through CRM tools and project management platform.
  • Requires a deep understanding of the BQuest platform, customizations options, API capabilities, technical requirements, and best practices.
  • Oversee analysis of performance data against targets to identify opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategy to maximize performance.
  • Maintain C-Level and multi-level client relationships proposing optimization strategies, growth opportunities, and consulting on overall business strategies.
  • Operationalize the rollout of services to the client and corresponding users including consumer engagement strategies, product usage, marketing strategies, and adoption.
  • Identity and establish strategic roadmaps by providing customer, business, and industry insights to influence strategic decision making within the business.
  • Develop custom proposals, statements of work, and presentations to execute on Client Success goals.
  • Provide client-facing feedback in development of the solution and go-to-market strategies including consumer-facing messaging, product enhancements, product pricing/packaging, and user engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, finance and legal to ensure appropriate and effective alignment on the goals and expectations defined within client contracts are met.
  • Foster innovation and ongoing dialogue with clients on the value proposition, scoping, pricing, and execution of proposed programs, leveraging data and insights to challenge the client's assumptions and find new paths to retain or grow client investment.
  • Monitor industry for trends and competition developing strategies to head-off potential risks and capitalize on opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • 10-20 years of account management and sales experience with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding target performance.
  • 5-10 years of team management experience driving development programs and a positive culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Domestic travel may be required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster open and honest dialogue.
  • Skilled at using remote presentation software and account planning tools.
  • Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes in order to meet business requirements.
