Vice President of Biometrics

We are working with a small CRO company based in New York, seeking an experienced Vice President of Biometrics.

Description

• As the Vice President of Biometrics, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of biostatistics, data management, and programming functions across our clinical development programs
• Establish and uphold company-wide standards for data management practices
• Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts related to clinical data
• Provide strategic oversight of clinical data management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• PhD in Biostatistics
• 10+ years of experience in clinical research
• Familiarity with CDISC and SDTM standards
• Record of driving and executing biometrics strategy
• In depth knowledge of the drug development process
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Effective presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem solving and decision making
• Excellent communication and organization skills
