Responsibilities As Vice President - Asset Management
Lead restructurings and manage liquidations, turnarounds, and crises
Manage relationships with multiple portfolio companies post-investment
Collaborate with company executives to drive operational growth
Propose solutions during covenant breach or default situations
Conduct operational assessments and establish key performance indicators
Prepare portfolio updates and presentations for the Investment Committee
Communicate findings effectively to team and senior management
Develop sector intelligence to support monitoring and new deal execution
