THE FIRM – A Chicago based private equity real estate investment firm with $2B million AUM is looking to add a VP of Asset Management due to continued growth. They invest in niche real estate assets across a variety of asset classes in the united states. This position will specifically focus on their growing portfolio of senior living assets.
OPPORTUNITY – Ability to lead the Asset Management function for a growing portfolio of senior housing assets. Mentoring and coaching several associates on the team.
What qualifications are required?
5-10 years of post-graduate professional experience within Real Estate asset management
Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, real estate, or another quantitative field with a competitive GPA
