Mark IV Capital is a privately held, growth-oriented real estate development and investment company headquartered in Newport Beach, CA with a focus on acquiring, developing, owning, and operating commercial real estate assets. The company is seeking a Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions for our Northern Nevada region. The Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions will evaluate and execute acquisitions, make strategic decisions, and drive corporate growth and profitability. This individual will work directly with the Senior Vice President to provide recommendations based on research and analysis of the industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Responsible for broad acquisitions oversight which could include sourcing office and warehouse investment opportunities, underwriting tenant credit and underwriting the real estate opportunity, completing diligence on and closing an asset.
  • Running analyses and writing all investment committee memos to evaluate the potential deal.
  • Providing feedback to the team on products related to underwriting and diligence.
  • Analyze and mitigate all deal risks.
  • Provide feedback on all deal pricing.
  • Transition of the deal to the asset management team.
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed.
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward.
  • Market properties according to established procedures.
  • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process.
  • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity.
  • Work with entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth.
  • Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company.
  • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Senior Vice President
  • All other duties as assigned by Management.


Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, finance, economics, or similar. Master’s degree preferred, with an emphasis in architecture, development, urban planning, business, finance, economics, or accounting.
  • Minimum 8 years of acquisitions and underwriting experience in real estate development/commercial investments.
  • Relevant leadership experience in commercial real estate.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 365
