Vice President of Accounting

Job Title: Vice President of Accounting & Controller

Location: Irving, Texas (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage month-end close and consolidation processes.
• Review general ledgers, balance sheets, and financial statements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize accounting functions and work cross-functionally with other departments (Finance, Legal, Operations, etc.).
• Ensure SOX compliance, manage year-end audits, and manage external consultants.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting under GAAP and IFRS.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of diverse accounting experience with strong Excel and large ERP experience.
• Strong knowledge of FASB, GAAP, IFRS, ASC 606, and ASC 842.
• Master’s in accounting or related continued education.
• Active CPA license.
