One of our clients, based in the Philadelphia suburbs, is looking for a Vice President of Accounting and Adminstration who can see the story that the financial numbers are telling.
This role will be in charge of directing the centralized accounting function in addition to supporting some overlapping HR functions. They will also be heavily involved, along with other company leaders, to develop and implement strategies designed to achieve budget goals and objectives. The VPAA will also work with owners and investment partners to keep them updated on finances of the properties as outlined in contracts. In addition, this role will supply Financial data for new construction, draw plans for renovations and capital expense work. Plus so much more.

Education and experience required:
5 years related experience with progressive responsibilities
Prior Hotel/Hospitality experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
