Vice President of Accounting

LHH is working with Private Equity backed, Infrastructure client that is rapidly growing and adding several seats to their team.

We are looking for a VP/Controller to take ownership of the role, due to build outs, scaling and restructuring. You will have the opportunity to build out a team, create processes from the ground up and identify efficiencies in the organization that is primed for sale.

Travel required for first 90 days and must be open to occasional travel

-Hybrid: 3 days in DTC

-$150k-$180k + 30%-40% Bonus

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all transactional and operational accounting processes
• Implement and oversight for internal controls and identifying efficiencies
• Oversight of contracts, negotiation of terms, and eliminate redundancies
• Identify areas for growth earnings within the business

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience
• Infrastructure or Telecom industries
• Scaling or build outs for companies over $200mm in revenue
