Join a Leading Healthcare Analytics Company Account Management Team
At our pioneering Lab Insights company, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare through advanced analytics and proactive care solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth within your designated portfolio. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and reports to the Executive Vice President, Account Management.
Responsibilities
Building Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with key client stakeholders and executive leaders to enhance client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Understand clients' business challenges and priorities to create and implement strategic expansion and innovation plans.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to develop and execute client-specific strategies that improve service delivery and profitability.
Contract Management: Manage contract renewals and drive service expansion initiatives aligned with client objectives and goals.
Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor performance metrics to exceed client expectations and foster a culture of exceptional service.
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of experience in healthcare account management or related fields, with a deep understanding of payer dynamics.
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Practical Experience, Advanced Degrees Preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 30% as required to client sites and headquarters in Tampa, Florida.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in managing complex client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in start-up environments or early-stage companies.
Knowledge of reference laboratory business and healthcare regulatory environments.
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs.
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
