Overview

The Marketing Head for the Enterprise AI Platform business is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role encompasses a wide range of marketing activities including digital marketing, events and conferences, content creation, and partnership development. The individual will lead a marketing team and collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to achieve business objectives


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify target markets, customer personas, and competitive positioning to guide marketing efforts. Set measurable marketing goals and KPIs to track performance and optimize strategies


Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation campaigns across various channels including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective lead handoff processes


Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s online presence including the website, social media channels, and online advertising. Create and oversee the production of high-quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars. Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent, relevant, and engaging content across all channels. Leverage content to educate and engage prospects, driving them through the customer journey


Events and Conferences: Plan, organize, and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote the software platform. Identify speaking opportunities and secure participation in relevant industry events to enhance brand visibility. Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI


Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance marketing reach and drive co-branded initiatives. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and events. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels. Conduct market research to gather customer insights and inform brand strategy. Monitor brand perception and make adjustments to enhance brand equity


Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance. Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing activities, results, and ROI


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a marketing leadership role in the Fintech industry.
  • Experience in the Enterprise Platform business will be preferred.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and market dynamics.
