Currently at Series A stage (seed & A rounds were both more than 2.5x the industry average) with 3x ARR growth last year, we are looking to make a pivotal hire within the business who will scope the global marketing function from very early stage.
Ideal candidate is a Director level candidate who has experience building marketing functions for data/cloud infrastructure software companies through the $5m - $20m ARR phase.
Responsibilities
Drive product and feature launches that position the product as a category leader, engage existing customers and drive new qualified leads.
Collaborate with the product team to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Develop content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media etc.
Execute and manage marketing campaigns across relevant channels
Drive current and future customer engagement with sales and success enablement materials, marketing collateral, and marketing programs that span discovery, consideration, purchase, usage, and advocacy
Qualifications
Experience with Open-source Data or Infrastructure technology (MUST HAVE)
Experience working in Series A-C hyper growth stage (MUST HAVE)
5+ years' of product marketing experience
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to work in fast paced organisation in scale mode.
