Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our executive team. This role is critical in driving our marketing strategy and enhancing our market presence in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading marketing teams, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the US market.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Identify and target key market segments to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
Utilize data analytics to track and optimize marketing performance.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Leverage tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
Implement innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive high-quality traffic.
Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the executive team.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on the US market.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, such as Marketing Director or VP of Marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Ability to work from 6am to 3pm Pacific Time Zone Monday to Friday.
