Vice President Marketing

DP Talent Solutions is hiring a VP of Marketing for a Transportation & Logistics company located in the Mason, OH area. This is a full-time permanent position.

Position Summary:

• The VP of Marketing will run the daily functions of the Marketing department with a specific focus on building brand awareness and brand presence for the company as well as additional responsibilities that are listed below. This role is a pivotal role for the company and you have the ability to come in and make an impact right away!

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in a Marketing Role (Manager, Director or VP)
• Automotive/Logistics/Transportation experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience with lead generation and working with Sales dept.
• Experience handling targeted marketing campaigns
• Experience building out brand awareness and company website
• Experience handling event marketing

Responsibilities:

• Build brand awareness and presence for the company (web presence/social media)
• Manage and work with sales team for marketing material
• Sales enablement and implement targeting marketing campaigns
• Manage the company's website and web presence
• Handle lead generation in collaboration with the sales team
• Handle oversight of their CRM
• Manage the marketing side of the trade shows/industry-specific conferences they attend (event marketing)

Compensation:

• $100,000-150,000 salary, depending on experience
• Company performance bonus ($30,000-$75,000)
• OTE range of $130,000-$225,000
