Directs all lending activities to provide solutions for members and prospective members while meeting corporate goals and objectives; Responsible for originating, managing and supervising a portfolio of consumer, real estate and commercial loans; maintaining and increasing growth, retention, and quality of business with new and existing members; growth of commercial deposit services; compliance with all lending policies
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Business or related field required
Minimum 5 years of similar or related experience required
Proficient knowledge of current lending compliance and regulatory requirements for real estate, consumer, and business lending

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Directs and monitors lending operations for the entire credit union, through subordinate managers/supervisors, to ensure established corporate goals and objectives are met with respect to lending. Monitors product delivery and quality and takes action to resolve problems.
Participates in Management Loan Committee. Arranges for loan applications to go to the credit committee. Provides an overview and recommendations for the committee

Prepares loan department updates, reviews and analyzes department reports including new loan reports, asset/liability reports, loan officer statistical reports, commercial potential problem loan reports, and provides critical information to Executive Management to support the achievement of Clearview’s organizational goals
Develops, proposes, gains acceptance for and implements lending program policy and strategy; leads activity related to new product development with respect to lending programs
Participates in establishment of annual department budget and monitors performance to budget throughout the year; establishes annual sales goals (in conjunction with marketing) for lending programs and initiates action to achieve established goals
Ensures the credit union is compliant with all lending regulations; develops procedural changes as compliance requires or new programs demand
Analyzes loan data reports for any corrective action
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
