Vice Presidents in the Industrials Group support new business development and investment banking engagements. They work on a variety of transactions that provide exposure to various investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. You will:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience or a demonstrated interest in Industrials, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. He or she should also have the ability to conduct business autonomously. The environment at Houlihan Lokey is both collegial and entrepreneurial. Teamwork is essential to the firm’s success. At the same time, creativity and new ideas are encouraged. Vice Presidents are given substantial responsibility and are encouraged to help us grow our business. The ideal candidate should be motivated, creative, outgoing, and possess strong skills in financial analysis. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory, keen analytical capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. At least four years of postgraduate investment banking experience is required. Covid vaccination required, subject to applicable state and federal law.
Coursework in accounting and finance is highly recommended.
Salary Range
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$250,000.00
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
