Vice President of Human Resources - Hybrid


The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the human resources department and ensuring that all HR functions align with the company’s strategic goals. This position plays a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the overall business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues.
  • Lead the HR team in executing strategies that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Develop talent management and succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity and capability development.
  • Implement performance management systems that promote high performance and accountability.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and promotes employee engagement.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that mitigate risk and promote ethical behavior.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and address any issues that arise.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team on HR performance and trends.
  • Use data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and strategy development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with in Pharma & Biotech, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
