Qualifications
What You Will Bring:
Experience:
At least 10 years in managing nonprofit programs, with a deep understanding of social services, homeless services, and human resources administration. Experience in senior administrative roles and financial management of multiple programs is essential.
Requirements:
Master's degree in human services or a related discipline. Clinical licensure (LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW) required.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with high attention to detail.
