We are revolutionizing women’s vaginal health and self-care. There are many common health challenges that women face that are poorly served by the current market. Good Clean Love started as a woman-centered organic lubricant brand and continued to expand into overall vaginal health. We now have three inter-related organizations serving women: Good Clean Love, The Sexual Health & Wellness Institute (SHWI), and Vaginal Biome Science. Through the eco-system of these organizations, we are leading research-based and data-based solutions to common conditions experienced by women and bringing those direct to the consumer. Increasingly this requires a strong digital presence to create a private, comfortable, ongoing relationship with our customers. We are seeking a leader to guide that digital transformation journey.


Job Summary:

The Vice President of Growth Marketing at Good Clean Love will spearhead our digital transformation and growth strategy. This pivotal role involves leading a team to drive brand growth, market expansion, and customer engagement through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic vision, a deep understanding of digital tools, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration. This is an opportunity to shape the future of women’s health and wellness in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.  This role will need strategic thinking, execution, and superb partner management to lead in developing and executing strategies increasing customer satisfaction, driving sales, and overseeing the end-to-end product development and implementation strategy for the DTC channel. Reports to CEO.


In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company’s growth goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team in a startup environment.
  • Drive product enhancements and optimizations to boost user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate growth hypotheses and measure results.
  • Utilize data to uncover growth opportunities and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors to advocate for user-centric product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, HubSpot proficiency is highly valued.
  • Expertise in Acquisition & Retention Marketing: including SEM, SEO, CRM, and Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Comprehensive Social Media Marketing: both Paid and Organic approaches, with experience in Direct-to-Consumer strategies, Subscription Models, Display Advertising, Retargeting, and Influencer & Affiliate Marketing.
  • Proficient in Segmentation and Integrated Partnerships: effective use of OOH, TV, and OTT channels, along with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Audience Development, UX, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in CPG and Health & Wellness categories is highly desirable.

Requirements:

·       Proven ability to lead, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines and budgets while exceeding expectations.

·       Ability to gather requirements, articulate a plan and manage the necessary details to deliver the plan by leveraging resources across the organization.

·       Excellent analytical and time-management skills.

·       Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations.

·       Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in agile software development, web technologies and platforms.

·       Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and ever-changing environment.

·       Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.

·       Demonstrated success in Digital Product; Fluency in eCommerce Tech stack (Shopify experience is a plus).

·       Understanding of the full marketing tech stack required to build and launch scaled digital products using agile methodologies. Extensive experience working with a performance marketing team.

·       Passion for identifying and solving real consumer and business problems, launching products, and owning their success and growth.

·       Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

The expected base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $225,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, internal company equity, and budget.
