Vice President, Global Technology

The Vice President of Global Technology will serve as the Leader of our Global Technology organization and will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for JR286 as it relates to Technology, Infrastructure, Systems, Tools and Data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess current systems capabilities and develop a clear technology road map for the future that supports a high growth company whose systems and capabilities aspire to be best-in-class
• Develop a short, mid, and long-range plan for supporting, maintaining and scaling Enterprise Applications, including Oracle EBS and Korber WMS
• Guide continuous process improvement and Technology best practices
• Develop a resource and organizational structure that supports the current state of the business/infrastructure and is geared to evolve to meet future requirements of JR286
• Develop an AGILE approach to managing through implementations, addressing issues and supporting business needs
• Evaluate and develop a project management and portfolio management capability within the IT organization
• Responsible for the development and management of an annual Global Technology budget, inclusive of internal and external operating expenses. Develop budgets and manage Capital Expenditures for large-scale technology projects. Must be able to accurately forecast and adjust spending based on business performance
• Establish and maintain excellent business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop a culture within the Technology organization that is responsive, business/partnership focused, and accountable for delivering projects – big and small – on time, and within budget
• Establish collaborative relationships with teams across the company to ensure that company KPIs and performance metrics are met

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum 12 years Technology experience to include 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a mid to large sized company that operates on a global scale with internal and external partners
• Experience with wholesale and/or retail distribution and direct to consumer channels
• Deep knowledge, expertise and experience with Oracle
• Deep knowledge of WMS systems and processes, including automated warehouse operations, experience working with Korber a plus
• Strong Analytical ability; creative problem solver
• Startup/project management experience
• Broad diverse and dynamic Technology applications
• Project management experience a plus
• Experience leading, motivating and holding global teams accountable for seamless execution of technology solutions

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or related field
