Vice President & General Manager (VP&GM) We are conducting a search for a Vice President & General Manager who will have full financial and operational responsibility for a landscaping company in Seattle Washington. Responsibilities Revenue growth P&L and balance sheet results Direct and oversee daily operations Talent management Requirements - Ideal Candidate 20+ years of experience, with full P&L responsibility at or above $20M Experience in landscape services where marked growth and profit expansion was achieved Demonstrated track record of enhancing the operational and people capabilities of an organization Strong critical thinking abilities, including problem solving, decision making, and idea generation Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire others and lead by example Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results Integrity and ethics beyond reproach Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus) All inquiries will be kept completely confidential.
