Who ?
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Experience as a Finance Lead • Knowledge of best practices for revenue, costs, organizational budgets and forecasts; • Ability to establish operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, and annual basis • Previous experience updating, drafting, and implementing new policies and procedures; • Exemplary history of financial project management • Self starter, problem solver, able to work in changing work environments, drive change, and work both at the tactical and strategic level • Experience effectively communicating data and analysis, including presentations to peers
