Vice President Finance - Series A B2B SaaS

This opportunity is to work for a rapidly growing B2B SaaS platform. They've built an AI powered customer engagement platform that provides retailers with a suite of tools that enables them greatly to drive additional revenue.

They've just closed a Series A from a high-profile growth equity firm which they will use to further accelerate their growth. They've also just announced the appointment of a renowned CEO who has 10+ years' experience leading global SaaS companies.

They’ve experienced explosive growth and are forecasting to exceed $10M ARR this year. Furthermore, they are forecasting revenue to grow 300% over the next 24 months having recently signed multiple new enterprise customers.

You're new role

This will be the company’s first Finance hire and you will work in partnership with their CEO whilst being responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. You will also play a key role in helping the business accelerate towards an exit within the next 3 years. They foresee this role as progressing into becoming their first CFO within 18 months.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience with a mix of investment banking/private equity, public/large tech company, and startup experience
• You have successfully led a finance team in a fast-growing, VC backed start-up
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS, including familiarity with complex business models, pricing, and financial modeling
• Ability to be a "player-coach" - hands-on, proactive, and able to roll up sleeves to get work done
• Fundraising experience
• Experience with M&A and post-merger integration
