This global organization has launched a B2B division that aims to partner with innovative Digital Health organizations and have already seen considerable success.

They are now seeking their first Finance leader to work closely with executive leadership to take the company to new heights. The role will involve working closely with investors (VC) and defining and executing company strategy. It has the potential to scale up into a CFO position.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with C-Suite and senior leadership to develop key business strategies
• Support in the process of securing capital and investor management, including monthly and quarterly meetings
• Build and manage a high performing finance team
• Be willing to be "in the weeds" as well as leading on overall strategy and planning

Requirements:

• 15+ years in a Finance team, with at least 6 years operating in a senior leadership role
• Industry experience; Healthcare, tech startups. An understanding of the revenue cycle of health insurance payments is a necessity for this role.
• Demonstrated capability of building and leading a finance team
• Experience in a startup environment and familiarity with assisting with raising funding
