Consumer-Centric Strategy: Deep dive into consumer behavior and data to guide strategic decisions for our pharmaceutical clients, emphasizing connected customer experiences.
Insights and Opportunities: Analyze CRM communications to identify insights and opportunities for enhancing brand connections and fostering loyalty.
Data-Driven Engagement: Collaborate with analytics teams to activate data-driven segmentation insights and develop contact strategies that drive audience engagement.
Innovative Solutions: Explore inventive ways to utilize data and technology to elevate CRM strategies effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead the development of customer-centric communications systems, collaborating with diverse teams to bring ideas to fruition.
Client Engagement: Cultivate trust with clients, keeping them updated on industry trends and recommending best practices.
Business Development Support: Conduct client workshops and contribute to business development efforts with insightful recommendations.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: 10-12 years in marketing, martech, and CRM.
Data Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven segmentation for customer-centric strategies.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to translate insights into actionable plans.
Channel Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of CRM and innovative channel selection.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on relationship-building.
Team Management: Experience in talent development and team leadership.
