Responsibilities

Who are you?

As the Vice President of Demand Generation at Personify Health, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company. You will lead a high-performing team in developing and executing data-driven demand generation strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple channels. Your role will involve building top-of-funnel awareness and demand for Personify Health solutions, optimizing campaign performance through analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with company objectives.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels, including digital marketing, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends, and optimize demand generation strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team responsible for demand generation activities to ensure successful execution and achievement of business goals.
  • Drive top-of-funnel demand generation efforts to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and create engagement opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to align the demand generation efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging online channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing to drive lead generation and new client acquisition across multiple markets.
  • Drive event marketing initiatives, including virtual and in-person events, to create engagement opportunities and generate leads through strategic planning and execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong thought leadership in the industry through content creation, industry partnerships, and speaking engagements to elevate the company's brand and attract potential clients.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In Order To Represent The Best Of What We Have To Offer You Come To Us With a Multitude Of Positive Attributes Including

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare system, health plan and/or employer wellbeing markets is a bonus.

  • Proficient in analyzing key metrics and using data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of campaign execution.
  • Strategic thought partner across the organization, overseeing multiple campaigns and/or markets and helping to set the strategic direction of and long-term vision for the demand generation function.
  • Seasoned at leading and navigating complex, cross-functional meetings—driving collaboration to meet decisions and achieve shared outcomes
  • A player-coach who develops and leads high-performing team(s). Experience managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
  • Elite verbal, written, storytelling, and visual communication prowess.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $185,000 to $200,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 20%]target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
