Role Overview
Are you passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decisions? We're seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead our Data & Analytics efforts in the lending sector. In this role, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions to empower our lending operations and shape our business strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with our lending business goals.
Lead the creation and deployment of data-driven solutions to enhance lending operations, risk management, and financial decision-making.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and measure performance indicators driving business growth.
Own the roadmap for delivering actionable insights through various data platforms and visualization tools.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collection and storage processes.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in data and analytics capabilities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of talented data analysts and scientists.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
Strong background in financial services, preferably in banking or lending.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau or PowerBI.
Familiarity with data architecture principles and governance standards.
