About the Gig:

The Vice President, Client Partnerships will build deep, sticky, and profitable relationships with top accounts -- and help us build a team charged with doing the same. This role helps us grow in chosen industries, products, and segments and ensure successful delivery of client projects by driving strategic conversations with the account.

A Day-in-the-Life:

  • Work with existing clients to identify areas of expansion
  • Support cross-selling of Sercante services into other Trilliad companies
  • Talk strategy and elevate our discussions both pre-and post-sales
  • Ensure we have relationships at multiple levels of our client's organization and proactively seek ways to get in front of new business units
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth in the top 20 accounts
  • Participate in relationship touchpoints for key accounts including kickoffs, QBRs, renewals, etc.
  • Create standard templates, methodologies, and processes for managing high value accounts
  • Join the team as an individual contributor, and by the end of year 1 start recruiting and training a team of client partners to drive further growth
  • Support conversion of repeat customers to monthly retainers
  • Set growth targets and report out to the company on performance against KPIs

A Successful Vice President, Client Partnerships will:

  • Stay hands-on with clients and bill ~30% of time
  • Be highly visible in large projects
  • Create resources and guidance to empower the team to deliver successfully smaller projects
  • Be a master at leading with influence
  • Build relationships and help open doors
  • Stay in tune with industry trends and changes impacting our clients' businesses
  • Share the story of "what has Sercante done for customers like me"
