Position Overview:

The Vice President in the CEO Office is a pivotal leadership role that entails providing strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in driving key initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring the seamless execution of organizational priorities. This position requires a seasoned executive with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and refine the organization's strategic objectives and initiatives
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams
  • Oversee and drive cross-functional initiatives that align with organizational goals
  • Monitor the execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies, recommending process improvements


Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Strong-bias for action
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment
  • Experience supporting c-suite/senior stakeholders
  • Strong project / program management and organizational skills
  • Highly organized
  • Highly proficient excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate and embrace ambiguity
  • At least 4+ years of full-time work experience in related field
