We are looking for a dedicated Vice President, Business Development to lead sustained revenue growth. You will keep the sales pipeline well-stocked with world-class prospects, while maintaining the phenomenal conversion rate to which the agency is accustomed.


This Is The Job

  • Understanding the agency’s strategic direction and recognized strengths, as well as knowledge of the market and competitors
  • Identifying and developing the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Setting appropriately ambitious goals with quarterly targets for new business, and executing strategies to exceed those targets
  • Leveraging multiple channels, including your personal network, to generate healthy lead volume
  • Developing strategies for organic growth via upselling and/or partnered efforts
  • Coordinating input from our team of experts, ensuring our prospects see the best we have to offer
  • Ensuring world-class output throughout the business development process including RFI/RFP executions, pitches, and negotiations


This Is You

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 10 + years of demonstrated success in the digital advertising industry
  • Well-honed lead generation and deal negotiation abilities
  • Entrepreneurial, detail oriented, and capable of meeting aggressive timelines while juggling multiple projects without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
  • Curiosity and technical aptitude to master new technologies
  • You thrive in an environment where you collaborate actively with people from diverse backgrounds


The annual base salary range is $150,000 - $225,000. Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications, experience, and work location.
