Vice President

We are currently conducting a compliance management build-out for one of the fastest-growing consumer / regional banks in the US. This role is fully remote, however preference will be given to candidates in Central or Eastern timezones.

Role:

Vice President, Regulatory Change Management (RCM)

Responsibilities:

• MUST have been a part of, built or maintained an RCM program previously
• Help select vendor(s) and tools to use in the RCM process (ex: Archer)
• Build and maintain the library of applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations to the products and business lines
• Identify new and developing LRR and implement necessary changes to the business in a timely manner
• Possess knowledge of key federal regulations issued by the OCC, FDIC and Federal Reserve
• Oversee the RCM processes, controls and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Generate key risk indicators (KRIs) with regards to RCM
• Communicate and partner with Lines of Business leaders to implement regulatory changes across the different businesses and products
• Report RCM governance processes to higher management
• Oversee a team of 2-3
