Our client, a premiere real estate investment, development and management firm, is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management within the New York team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of real estate asset management experience, preferably within an operator
  • Prior CRE asset management experience should include class-A office assets
  • Business plan development and budgeting experience
  • Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Argus, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including IFRS reporting
  • Highly developed interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
