Our client, a premiere real estate development, investment, and management firm, is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of real estate asset management experience, preferably within an operator
  • Asset Management experience across a range of assets, including class-A office
  • Business plan development and budgeting experience
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Argus, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including IFRS reporting
  • Highly developed interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
