We are looking for a Vice President of Healthcare Business Valuation, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring excellence in project and client relationship management, and setting a high standard of leadership within our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Lead initiatives to expand base through speaking engagements, writing activities, and cultivating new client relationships. Achieve annual sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong, productive relationships.
  • Project Management: Oversee all projects within your domain, ensuring the quality of deliverables and providing guidance to Managers and Senior Managers. Take ultimate responsibility for project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate mastery in healthcare business valuation, taking ownership of your areas of expertise and handling complex project challenges with confidence.
  • Leadership: Set a positive example in work ethic, decision-making, and professional conduct. Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and morale.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and continually develop your skills to contribute to culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Representation: Uphold reputation through disciplined and dignified conduct in all professional and personal interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include CPA, CVA, ASA, or CFA.
  • Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years in business valuation, with significant leadership experience in the healthcare sector. Proven track record in business development and client management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory requirements, and healthcare business valuation methodologies.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong ability to generate new business, meet sales targets, and foster client relationships through various strategies.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated capability to oversee complex projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Leadership Skills: Effective leadership abilities with a focus on team management, mentorship, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Personal Characteristics: Detail-oriented, adept problem solver, ability to thrive under pressure, and committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
