Roles And Responsibilities

Due Diligence and Investment Execution:
Lead due diligence processes, including financial analysis, valuation modeling, risk assessment, and legal documentation review.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for investment committee review and decision-making.
Portfolio Management and Value Creation:
Monitor and manage portfolio companies, provide strategic guidance, and support operational initiatives to drive growth, scalability, and market leadership.
Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to optimize business strategies, operational efficiencies, and financial performance.
Investor Relations and Reporting:
