Venture Capital Fund Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and visionary Venture Capital Fund Manager to lead our venture capital fund operations and investment activities. Roles And Responsibilities

• Investment Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and refine the firm's investment strategy, including target sectors, geographic focus, and investment criteria.
• Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities that align with the fund's objectives and investment thesis.
• Lead due diligence efforts, including financial analysis, market research, competitive landscape assessment, and risk evaluation.
• Portfolio Management and Value Creation:
• Oversee the management of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational support to drive growth and maximize returns.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to optimize business strategies, expand market presence, and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Investor Relations and Fundraising:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Lead fundraising efforts for new funds, preparing marketing materials, conducting investor presentations, and negotiating terms with limited partners.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to investors, addressing inquiries and maintaining investor confidence in fund management practices.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
• Manage fund operations, including compliance with regulatory requirements, fund governance, and reporting obligations.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with investments, conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
• Ensure adherence to fund policies, procedures, and best practices to uphold fiduciary responsibilities and investor expectations.
