Responsibilities
Review and process vendor applications in accordance with state contracts using our Supplier Management Portal.
Support supplier activations and maintain compliance within our Vendor Management System (VMS).
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and technical support needs related to our supplier management tools.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Accounts Payable and Account Managers, to facilitate seamless operations.
Assist in resolving functionality issues related to VectorVMS® and ServiceNow platforms.
Maintain and build positive relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and implement supplier requirements.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience in an office environment, performing basic administrative tasks and utilizing computer systems effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tools supporting contract management.
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)
Familiarity with ServiceNow, VectorVMS, Workday, MS Office (Word, Excel), and Microsoft Teams.
Physical Demands
This role primarily involves sedentary work, requiring long periods of sitting and occasional movement around the home office.
