Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle manufacturing floor to ensure production goals are met.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline production processes and maintain schedules.
• Supervise the assembly of vehicles to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed production records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and quality control standards.
• Provide training and support to production staff to enhance team performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential production issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a vehicle manufacturing or automotive production role.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards in vehicle manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds of weight.
• Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, squat, and reach as necessary to oversee production activities.
• Comfort working in production environments, which may include high noise levels and varying temperatures.
