About The Role
As a VBA Plan Builder, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare benefits. You'll be responsible for crafting, maintaining, and enhancing plan benefit configurations within our software system. This includes setting up various benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and disability claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret plan documents and determine system capabilities.
Create and maintain plan benefit configurations for new and existing groups.
Set up PPO benefits and coordinate provider maintenance.
Investigate and resolve issues reported by claims examiners or auditors.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance claims processing efficiency.
Contribute to the development of our IVR system and maintain related files.
Ensure compliance with all privacy and confidentiality laws.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in health benefits preferred.
Familiarity with VBA claims platform is essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in PC skills, including Windows and Word.
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Adaptability to software changes and evolving industry standards.
