UX Designer

Responsibilities

Kforce is partnering with a client on a 6-week engagement to create a clickable Figma prototype for a configurable digital payments platform. This platform will help merchants configure, monitor, and purchase products related to payment processing services. We are seeking a UX Product Designer to understand business requirements, overcome technical limitations, and lead the design process. This includes user research, interviews, and translating findings into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct design thinking workshops with stakeholders
• Lead a team to develop a clickable prototype demonstrating the product vision
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive user experiences
• Make strategic UX decisions for core and new features
• Apply user-centered design principles, rapidly testing and iterating designs
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders

• Remote work, consultant must be based in U.S. and available during Eastern time hours (9-5)

Requirements

• Must have a portfolio showcasing UX experience
• Proven experience leading teams to develop rapid prototypes
• Experience in user research, user testing, and rapid prototyping
• Experience designing payment processing platforms and/or SaaS platforms for global enterprises
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision, etc.
• Ability to conduct and lead design thinking workshops
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
