UX Design Manager

With customer satisfaction as our top priority, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of design processes while leading a talented team of creatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Product Management, you'll play a pivotal role in setting new standards and refining our approach across various departments.

Your Mission:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX Designers, fostering their growth and expertise in our products.
• Serve as a people manager to ensure high performance across the team.
• Forge new policies and processes to streamline collaboration and efficiency across teams.
• Partner closely with engineering and business units to align features and projects with customer needs.
• Conduct impactful usability studies, facilitating internal sessions and customer feedback reviews.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of essential design assets, ensuring excellence in wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Champion high-quality design solutions and gain stakeholder buy-in at all levels.
• Drive the creation of storyboards to effectively communicate design concepts and project plans.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Over a decade of design experience, with a preference for CPM/ERM or Finance industries.
• At least two years in a leadership role within UI/UX Design teams.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of recruiting, mentoring, and managing designers effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
