Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Manager, UX Operations to join our Experience Design Team. This pivotal role requires deep expertise in ecommerce UX, driving excellence in project execution and team leadership. You'll champion UX operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, engineering, and product management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute actionable project plans, bridging UX design and engineering efforts.
  • Facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and milestones.
  • Drive UX team deliverables by removing obstacles, managing issues, and facilitating stakeholder reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, with a focus on quality and customer impact.
